More About Me
Greetings.  I've taught statistics part-time at Muhlenberg College for almost 20 years, revising my teaching as the technology and the students have changed.   I've also taught statistics at DeSales University.  At the same time, I've been a technical writer.  Previous to that, I was an electrical engineer in the defense and the microelectronics industries.  My educational background includes master's degrees in engineering, applied mathematics, and applied psychology.

I work toward helping my students gain mastery in practical mathematics, reduce their anxiety about math, think more clearly, and improve their everyday problem solving.

I live in Allentown with my wife Amy, a manager at a local credit union.  When not working, we divide our time among the usual household tasks, helping out family members, and completing far too many unfinished projects.
